Planning a New York to Florida car shipment

Coordinate a southbound move around the person releasing the car, the person receiving it and the actual pickup window.

Describe the southbound trip

Use exact cities or ZIPs and your realistic ready date. New York City access differs from an upstate collection, and Florida destinations also vary. This page does not publish a live seasonal rate or guaranteed schedule.

Do not tie the car to an unconfirmed flight date

If you are leaving for a season, arrange who can release the vehicle if pickup occurs after your departure. At the Florida end, confirm when an authorized person can receive it. Ask separately about pickup and estimated transit.

Check access at both ends

Mention parking restrictions in New York and any gate, condo or receiving rules in Florida. A nearby legal meeting point may be required. Review door-to-door access before assuming a driveway pickup.

Request written terms for the actual vehicle and travel dates. A quote from a previous season or the reverse direction is not the same shipment. See the Florida planning page and the return-direction guide.
