Preparation preview: forms create test records. Do not enter real personal information. No carrier is booked and no request is sent to Bold Auto Transport.
1. Start with a route
Explore a pickup and delivery city or ZIP. The two locations identify the direction of the move. A route shown on a map is a planning illustration, not a confirmed carrier itinerary.
2. Describe the vehicle and timing
Select the vehicle's year, make and model, open or enclosed transport, running condition and a realistic pickup window. The future provider will need to know about modifications, access restrictions or loading requirements that a basic vehicle name does not capture.
3. Review the contact and sharing choices
The form separates storing a request from an optional choice to share with Bold Auto Transport. During preparation, use test information only. Every new submission is a test, even if the optional sharing box is checked.
A saved reference confirms that this site recorded the test entry. It is not a booking number from Bold, a carrier assignment, a price or confirmation that anyone has been contacted.
4. What a future real enquiry would require
Before real requests open, the operator, privacy contact, referral process and English/Spanish response responsibility must be confirmed. Any future sharing with Bold would require the appropriate choice and a separate manual review. Automatic partner forwarding is currently disabled.
The transport provider must then confirm the actual vehicle, route, current availability, payment and cancellation terms. The assigned motor carrier performs the transport under the applicable agreement.
Before booking anywhere
Ask who will coordinate the move, who will carry the vehicle, what the total includes, which pickup and transit windows are estimated, and what carrier coverage applies. Keep the answers in writing.
