Give the California pickup city or ZIP and the Texas delivery city or ZIP. The route between two metro areas is not interchangeable with a collection or delivery far outside them. No fixed mileage, transit time or price is implied by this guide.
Confirm release in California
If you bought the vehicle, check that the seller or dealer can release it and that payment and paperwork are complete. If you are relocating, decide who will meet the driver if you leave before pickup. Explain street, gate or parking restrictions early.
Prepare the Texas handover
Confirm who can receive the vehicle, whether the destination is accessible and what to do if the truck needs a nearby meeting point. Keep pickup availability separate from estimated transit after loading.
Compare open and enclosed methods using the same vehicle and dates. Ask the provider for written price, payment and cancellation terms, current availability and carrier coverage.
