This notice describes the MileRelay preparation preview as of October 28, 2026. The site is an independent planning and referral project. The legal operator's public details, dedicated privacy contact and retention schedule are still being finalized. Do not enter real personal information. This version is not open for real shipping enquiries.
What a test submission records
The form records the details entered for the route, vehicle, condition, transport preference, timing and contact fields. Where the form offers them, it also records customer type, company, vehicle count, needs and preferred contact method. Use fictitious test details that do not identify a real person.
The site can also record the selected language, reference number, submission time, privacy acknowledgement and optional partner-sharing choice. Campaign tags, the landing path and referring host may be saved to understand the test flow. Do not put personal information in campaign tags, URLs or free-text notes.
Storage and purpose
Test entries are stored in this website's database on its hosting server, not only in your browser. They are marked as test records and can be reviewed by authorized site administrators for setup, troubleshooting and workflow checks. They do not create a shipment, quotation or payment obligation.
The server may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Essential encrypted session and request-security mechanisms support the form and administrative access. Initial campaign tags and the referring host can be retained with the request.
The city/ZIP lookup uses a local dataset. Vehicle make/model suggestions can use a server-side request to the U.S. NHTSA vPIC service containing vehicle lookup details such as model year and make. That lookup does not send your contact details or shipment route to NHTSA.
The site also keeps limited operational events for checks such as starting the form, clicking a contact link and saving a request. These use an opaque identifier, language, test status and an allowed channel value; the event table does not contain names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or IP addresses. These local records are separate from Google Analytics.
The final retention period, deletion procedure and public contact route must be confirmed before real collection begins; no specific deletion deadline is promised by this preview.
Bold Auto Transport sharing is not active
Automatic forwarding to Bold Auto Transport is disabled. The form may offer a separate, optional sharing checkbox, but test records are never sent to Bold, even when that box is selected. A checked option is not proof of transfer, carrier acceptance or a booking.
For a future live process, the sharing explanation must identify the recipient and intended use. An eligible real request would require the relevant choice and a separate manual review before any approved handoff. Bold's own privacy notice would apply to its processing after a lawful transfer. Its policy does not replace this site's notice.
Analytics and external sites
Google Analytics is currently disabled. Any future analytics will require the configured service and the site's opt-in choice; declining analytics must not be treated as permission to share a lead. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact addresses and free-text contact details must not be sent as analytics events or URL parameters.
Links to Bold or other sources lead to separate websites. Opening an external site is different from sending the test form, and that site's own privacy information applies there.
Questions or accidental personal information
The dedicated privacy channel is not open yet. If you received this preview from its owner, use that existing channel to report an accidental submission or ask about it. Avoid repeating personal data in another test entry. The public operator and privacy contact must be completed before real enquiries are enabled.
